Potential Renters for Devonshire

Well, I posted an ad for renting the Devonshire house on Craig's list. I was skeptical that anyone would be interested - but I got an email one day requesting for more information. Through various emails, phone calls, and more pictures being exchanged, we are working on the finite details of renting our home and our attorney is drawing up a lease agreement.

The potential renters are relocating from Las Vegas, Nevada and want a mother-in-law suite for their mother to live with them. The husband and wife (Jodi), have 4 children, 4 dogs and their mother. It will be a housefull for sure! We weren't too sure about the idea of dogs, but we have agreed to allow it.

Their daughter is VERY excited that in Tennessee you can attain a learner's permit when you turn 15. In Las Vegas they have to wait 15 years and 9 months.

They're very excited - and so are we. It's not quite a done-deal - but it looks mighty hopeful. I guess time will tell. Jodi's husband will arrive in Nashville next weekend to check things out and work out all the details then.

Meanwhile, they are praying . . . and so are we!
