Living life as empty nesters, (well children anyway!) as we've added 2 furry children; a cat named Sadie and a dog named Libby.... We are enjoying this phase of life and loving the season of grand children! Wow. That yard really was beautiful back then! I wish, though, you would post some pics of the yard from those exact angles, so I can get a good idea of what exactly she did to it. But, wow... that is sooo sad! I would totally put a bad mark on her credit report for sure!!! That way, other potential landlords will be warned about her!
