Stranded again . . . .

The culprit this time was due to a faulty brake switch installed in our 5th wheel truck. We were headed toward home when someone flagged us down. Our trailer wheel was HOT and the smell of burnt rubber was strong! We hobbled into a service station that discovered the possible reason that the batteries went dead too. The bad news is that we cannot get home just yet until we have it replaced. We have no brakes or brake lights on the trailer - as the service tech. disconnected them so the wheel would turn while we drove to dealer to have the brake switch replaced. The good news is that it's under warranty - AND after a call to my daughter - she and our grandchildren are coming to rescue us and have breakfast with us while the truck is being worked on.
