Bothersome Barky Bassett Hounds . . . Ahhhh!

Our new neighbors have bassett hounds that bark from sun up to sun down and rarely stop in between! This is just more than annoying - but I'm trying to be tolerant! However, my patience is wearing mighty thin these days. Rarely do the ever STOP barking!
