A Time To Remember . . .

On October 25, 2008, we gathered together to attend my sister-in-law's Memorial Service. It was such a sad time!
Although we will miss her so much - we know that she is in a much better place. God has completely healed her body. She no longer has cancer and is out of her wheelchair walking on Heaven's streets of gold.
She loved the Lord Jesus Christ.
The story behind the picture of Caroline walking Camella's horse in her wheelchair goes something like this . . . .
Camella explained that her horse was a very stubborn race horse and never bowed his head. . . . rather he always kept it high. When Caroline offered to walk the horse - Camella was hesitant, but after allowing the horse to sniff Caroline's chair and walk all around her, Camella gave the reighns to Caroline and the horse immediately lowered his head in submission to her. Caroline began to move her wheelchair forward and the horse walked beside her.
Caroline never allowed her wheelchair hinder her life. The picture gave me goosebumps when I first saw it. Camella wasn't sure it would be a picture we could use - because she took the picture with her phone. It turned out beautifully I think!
