Devonshire House gets a new look!

BEAUTIFUL Fall mums in front rock garden

New flooring in kitchen
We have been frantically working tirelessly on our Devonshire house to get it ready for our new tennants who will arrive and move in sometime soon in November. We carpeted the den/dining room and former green room - now a beautiful and family room. We couldn't believe the difference a little carpet made! WOW! It's so warm and inviting now!
I miss my house!
I miss the roomy spaciousness, the location, the the convenience of the grocery store - along with everything else, the beautiful trees that we planted there on the property, the LARGE garage, the extra room for our exercise equipment - which now sits dusty in our new garage! To name a few things!
But - the upside to renting out the Devonshire house is that we are hopeful in the process of an agreed-upon 19-month lease - we may have found our buyers for the house.

Time will tell . . .

Meanwhile - we are still trying to settle in to our new home in the country. The view is spectacular - but we are STILL trying to manage dealing with the neighbor's barky bassett hounds. Their 3 dogs CONSTANTLY BARK NON-STOP from sun up to sun down and in between times too! Bllaaaaa!
