Handling a grease fire . . . .

This is a short video - but right to the point. God must have been looking after my sister and I when we were teens still living at home with our parents. We had a grease fire and WE SPRAYED the pan WITH WATER!

shot up the wall and across the ceiling.

We were in absolute PANICK!!!!!

I cannot remember how we managed to NOT burn the house down - but we busied ourselves by cleaning the ceiling from all the soot that it left on the ceiling. The pan was shot - and the PAN MELTED ON THE BURNER AND THEN FELL - CAUSING THE LINOLEUM TO MELT ON THE FLOOR.

Were we in BIG trouble!!!!!

NEVER SPRAY A GREASE FIRE WITH WATER!!!!!
