Edible Christmas Holly Clusters


Melt and mix well in the top of a double boiler over boiling water. (Can use pan on low heat - be careful not to scorch)

1/4 lb. (1/2 cup) margarine 30 large marshmallows
1 1/4 tsp. green food coloring
Dash of salt (optional - I usually don't use this)

Pour over three cups of corn flakes in large bowl. Mix gently until thoroughly coated. On a greased cookie sheet or wax paper form into tiny wreaths or clusters. Decorate each with a few red cinnamon candies immediately. Let dry several hours. Makes about 2 dozen.
